Doesn't get any easier

Perfect for a Fall afternoon...





Should get this ready for when you get home!

1. Use the best chicken you can find, I prefer chicken from Keller's Farm Store on 2912 Eubank NE in Albuquerque. Make sure it's clean and coat both sides with Madhave Raw Agave Nectar and sprinkle with Bragg's Kelp seasoning and black pepper (about a tablespoon or to you liking). 

2.  Squeeze lemons, orange, or limes and cut the fruit after you done squeezing the juice and place around and on the chicken.  Drizzle the chicken with olive oil.

3.  Cook in a crock pot on low for three hours or until the meat falls of the bone.
